Air Conditioner Charged I called on a Wednesday morning to see if they could squeeze me in as I was going on vacation in 2 days. My air conditioner quite blowing cold air. They got me in right away, gave me a ride back to work, and then delivered the car to me at the end of my work day. It was great!!!! Did not follow through with stated services I was told and it is stated that fluids would be topped off and they were not. Also I’m part there was always a car wash included with service, that was not offered or included this time. I called on Friday evening and Saturday morning to share my concerns, having to leave a voice message, and as of Monday afternoon I have still yet to receive any return call. The last oil change there was an issue with oil leaking due to not using proper seal (that was what I was told) and this time not all services were performed. I’m disappointed with recent service provided by Hinderer Honda and very surprised as I had not had issues in the past until recently. More
