Emergency while on vacation I required what I thought would be new brakes 850 miles from home, and a loaner car to get around on vaca. Staff extremely helpful to get me back on I required what I thought would be new brakes 850 miles from home, and a loaner car to get around on vaca. Staff extremely helpful to get me back on the road. It is unnerving to require a repair like this. But the service staff was wonderful. While they had the car they were authorized to perform the 90,000 maintenance and also the next maintenance as I have had the car 7 years. While I did not authorize an oil change or tire rotation (which was done 4 days before leaving on the trip and I advised them of this beforehand), they credited me without question as they had included this with the work performed. A large unexpected expense but glad it was done. And, with the road construction in Ohio (orange barrel season), I was glad to have brakes!!! I will not be commenting on price or quality of work performed because I am not a mechanic. However, I am happy to have this maintenance done by Honda should warranties come into play in the near future More
