Lack of Information Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got home and realized that only one side of the car had gotten the tires rotated. Was not notified when I Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got home and realized that only one side of the car had gotten the tires rotated. Was not notified when I paid for the service. When I called the rep was apologetic. I had to bring the car back and they said they couldn’t get a nut loose which is why they didn’t rotate. My issue is I was charged and not told until I called back in. They ended up getting the tires rotated but now I have a horrible vibration in the front end of my car. More

Great first experience I needed my oil changed in my 2013 CR-V that was purchased. The first oil change is free. I loved the scheduling process. I parked the car, walked in and they processed me. After I gave them the key I started to go in the waiting area (very nice) and the car was being pulled into the shop! The waiting area is VERY nice and inviting. However, I wasn't there long because my car was finished! And I was on to work. More
