Customer care not what I expected! 1) Was called and told vehicle would be ready by the time I got there - vehicle was in pick-up lane but it looked like it had been parked in a pigeon 1) Was called and told vehicle would be ready by the time I got there - vehicle was in pick-up lane but it looked like it had been parked in a pigeon nesting area - hood was completely covered in bird poop - not just a spot or 2 but a very large area - I had to ask the it be cleaned off. 2) Didn't look that closely at bill as everything was covered by warranty until after I had left the dealership and noticed that gas gauge that was full when I dropped off was now closer to 3/4 tank - bill said the mileage difference between when I dropped it off and picked it up was only 1 mile - yet the pick-up mileage shown on bill was understated by 60 + miles - looks like it was taken for a very long drive?? More
