In the past I have had a terrible experience with the Service Dept. I finally had to go to the Head of the Dept an complain. Mr.Culver has been wonderful also babysitting by car through all of its repairs. Well not anymore. I feel very comfortable leaving my CRV with Mr. Dornbirer. When he tells me it will be done. It is!! When he reassures me it will be done right. It is!! I was just in on May 25 An got my Auto Butler done with a tire rotation an oil change. When I picked my CRV up. Everything was all complete. It looked beautiful inside an out!! Also I was greeted by Mr. Dornbirer with my paper work in hand An checked out. This guy is what this department has needed for a long time.
