Unfortunately, my husband and I had some real concerns about our high financing rate after the purchase was complete, and we became convinced that the deal was handled inappropriately. I reached out via email overnight, as I was completely unable to sleep. The following day, Miguel called first thing in the morning to inform me that lower rates were indeed available based on our excellent credit scores - he said John Hinderer would gladly rework our deal for us! My husband and I returned to the dealership and everything was handled to our complete satisfaction. We are so grateful for the prompt response we received from Miguel, and the way in which our issues were addressed. We absolutely love our new CR-V. Thank you John Hinderer Honda! More
