Missed major items multiple times Missed a tie rod end after telling them I heard a noise in the front end and was getting ready to take a trip. It had about an inch and a half of move Missed a tie rod end after telling them I heard a noise in the front end and was getting ready to take a trip. It had about an inch and a half of movement at the wheel. When I took it in for my second free oil change told them what to check and missed the other tie rod end developing play the lower ball joint having play. They also performed work prior to selling the truck and didn't get the front axle seated all the way when they put it back together and drained all the fluid out of the front diff. But hey on the plus side they did the oil change correctly and changed the filter so something right at least. More
