Happy people weren’t selling me I bought a 16 MDX in November there and I live 1 hour away. I was over in the area and decided to use the free oil change I got when I bought the car I bought a 16 MDX in November there and I live 1 hour away. I was over in the area and decided to use the free oil change I got when I bought the car. The service guy went over everything he checked out and never pushed me in to buying something I didn’t need. I have never been to a dealer before when they didn’t try to sell you something when you go in for a routine service. Because of this, I am going to make the 50 min drive for service going forward with both my MDX and my wife’s MDX because I know the only time I’m going to be “sold” something is when I actually need it instead of a way to inflate service sales per visit. The lady inside even brought me a water and a cookie. I don’t remember the guys name in service but he was a younger guy. When I bought the car in November the owners son was there on a Saturday touching base with all the customers in the building. nice job everyone More
