Good Service but could be better While the gentleman who took care of checking me in and all was very nice however I can't seem to get consistency service all the way through. I had While the gentleman who took care of checking me in and all was very nice however I can't seem to get consistency service all the way through. I had a recall on my Honda Accord and took it in to be fixed. The gentleman was professional and nice while checking me in and explained what needed to be done and explained that they would also do an overall inspection on my car while it was there and car wash. I was very impressed at that point however I waited on my car to be serviced in the waiting area. When the gentleman came in he came in and sat down beside someone else and called them by my name and started talking to them. The waiting area was NOT crowded as I was one of the 1st appointments of the day. I called him over to me and he got up and came over. Told me my car was ready and then very quickly went over the inspection basically stating everything was fine. I went out to my car only to find it had not been washed. Not that I was expecting a car wash but the gentleman told me when he was checking me in that I would get a car wash. So I asked him about it and he called someone over to take my care through the car wash never acknowledging he was sorry or anything.... pretty much said thanks and to be sure and complete the survey when I get it and asked if I would be sure and rate him with all high marks. Again its not that he wasn't professional however I find when your service guy ASKS you to rate them with a high rating to be a little unsettling - especially since he didn't follow through with everything! So my service and day was just okay.... More
