5 hours is too long Matt and Miguel were top notch and easy to work with. In fact, they are the reason we stayed there. Waiting 5 hours to finish leasing a car is absur Matt and Miguel were top notch and easy to work with. In fact, they are the reason we stayed there. Without that, because we spent over an hour in there waiting, we would have probably needed to leave. More

Rude and pushy Being a female, it’s hard enough to go to a service center and not feel pushed. So when I went in, the first thing I said was “I’m only here for an oi Being a female, it’s hard enough to go to a service center and not feel pushed. So when I went in, the first thing I said was “I’m only here for an oil change and tire rotation. I get the rest of my work done elsewhere.” The guy proceeded to tell me i needed to pay $400 dollars for another service, I said no...he then tried to sell me it again so again, said no. I waited for my oil change and the lady cleaning inside was yelling at employees for walking through AND got snippy with a lady with a service dog... as I was waiting the guy came back in and said x,y,z was wrong with my car and “highly suggested” i get the services done today. At this point, I’m really irritated and say no again. I’m not sure why he felt so pushy considering I told him from the start that I wasn’t getting any other services done. Some proper training might go a long way for certain employees. More
