I originally went in due to door locks not working properly. I had an oil change with issues that I have concerns as to there other checks of my vehicle (didn’t reset oil % then on second trip they cleared all t I had an oil change with issues that I have concerns as to there other checks of my vehicle (didn’t reset oil % then on second trip they cleared all trip info except total mileage😒). I had tires rotated. I had lights worked on. So far I have made two trips in one week 😞and another appointment scheduled 😖once another part that may or may not fix the lock issue. I have over 6 hours wait time at the dealership, 4 hours drive time and a half a tank of gas wasted. This dealership is not the closest to my home but this has always been where I have had my vehicle worked on. The lock problem - well it’s still a problem. Something has changed that the service Dept isn’t what I’m used to - disappointed that this has taken 2 trips so far and I have to go back. I’m not confident they know how to get my vehicle fixed. More
