They work to make sure customers are happy! We bought our Honda from a different dealership but didn’t return there for service due to some pretty significant issues related to our experience th We bought our Honda from a different dealership but didn’t return there for service due to some pretty significant issues related to our experience there. When the van I just purchased had trouble within 24 hours of purchase, John Hinderer fit us right in and took care of the issue. We went back for routine service a couple months later and they did a good job of making sure that the car was running well and was a safe vehicle for my family. We ran into an issue, but the folks at John Hinderer took care of it right away and went above and beyond to made it right. I appreciate how they look at customers as humans rather than as dollar signs and they put in a lot of effort to make sure that you’re taken care of. They met me at my vehicle, listened to what my concerns were, discussed what the best course of action was, and then called me a couple days later to make sure everything was running well and followed up quickly to address that issue that popped up, all with a smile instead of making me feel rushed or like I was a burden. It’s nice to see a business that puts as much effort into showing that they care for their customers as they do with servicing the vehicles! More

He did agreat job of explaining all the options that were available without being pushy or insistent. From the moment we arrived we were treated with care and dignity.At some dealerships there is a feeling of "blood in the water" when you arrive that you are pounced on and bombarded. NOT the case here. Once we made a decision on a vehicle they moved quickly and were able to wrap things up! EVERYTHING up front, no hidden fees, not agendas. Just putting us in a care that made sense for our family and budget. Thanks RON! More
