My wife and I recently purchased a new Accord from John Hinderer Honda. Our lease was about to end on our previous owned vehicle. We dealt with Melissa Keith as our sales person. I explained to her over the telephone where I wanted to be on monthly payments and if we could not meet that price then there was no sense in even coming in and test driving a new car. My wife and I already knew that Honda's have one of the best resale values out there. Melissa went out of her way and actually drove a new Honda Accord to my wife's work place and let her test drive it on her lunch break. This was great! That's something you don't see every day. A couple days later we met Melissa at the dealer ship and she had everything already set up. The car we was looking at was all cleaned up and looked great. The service was fast and convenient. The paper work only took about twenty to thirty minutes to fill out. What was really nice we were able to add some options to our new car and still stay with in the price range we wanted. My wife and I have been very pleased with the service John Hinderer Honda has provided and I would highly recommend dealing with Melissa as your sales person. More

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. My first visit I was told the vehicle I was looking at wad rear wheel drive even though I thought it was front wheel drive. After seeing the vehicle online again I called again to the dealership and they said it was in fact front wheel drive and the sales person did not work at the dealership any more. I went the next out took a test drive and agreed on a cash price. I said I would stop by and at a specfic time the next day and write a check. I showed up at the time and I waited over an hour to sign the paperwork. After that I waited for another 45 minutes for the business manager so I could write a check to the dealership. I was called a few weeks later to verify my ss # so they could send the title. A week later and I have still not received the title. My experience with the dealership was quite painful. The only advantage was I got a good deal on a used car. More
