I would have given them a five out of five but i had called three timesand left messages 2 times still did not receive a return phone call. Admit your mistakes if you screw up, did not communicate they damaged our car when we took it in for service. I broke my mirror off, took it in, they fixed the mirror but damaged the trim around the window. they damaged our car when we took it in for service. They did fix it at their cost, however, no one would have said a word had I not brought it up and could prove I had pictures before the repair. Fill someone’s gas tank, wash their car, go above and beyond if you mess up. Admit your mistake, I wouldn’t be writing this review had the service person told me. Instead I had to find it on my own, bring it to their attention to get it fixed and then hassled around getting it done. Two stars… for what we pay for the vehicle, I’d expect better. More
