Went on the spur of the moment to get my alarm system checked …( it was making no sound when activated ) Found out while there my car had 2 recalls on it They serviced the recalls and there was no char checked …( it was making no sound when activated ) Found out while there my car had 2 recalls on it They serviced the recalls and there was no charge. I was happy with the service but the tech guy was gone for the day so I still have to go back to have my alarm volume checked out… Great Service and the guy that helped us was very nice and professional 😊 More

Usually a very good experience. This time not so much. Internet was down. Had to take my credit card info and bill me days later. Over charged me. Been trying for DAYS to get charge This time not so much. Internet was down. Had to take my credit card info and bill me days later. Over charged me. Been trying for DAYS to get charges reviewed. NO ONE will call me back! Left voice mails to 3 different people and emailed 1 other. No responses. Very disappointing. Guess I need to go down there in person. More

I feel your customer service needs help. I had a spare tire changed and they did not put the tire back the way it should have gone in my truck.
