Check Engine Light came on my brand new 2022 Civic on Saturday (2/12). Called into Hinderer on Saturday and was scheduled for an appointment on Sunday 2/13. Drove 40 minutes to the dealership for my appo Saturday (2/12). Called into Hinderer on Saturday and was scheduled for an appointment on Sunday 2/13. Drove 40 minutes to the dealership for my appointment just to be told that they cannot diagnose on sundays. Offered to reschedule but the internet was down. Very disappointed that I drove all the way there to be told they diagnose on sundays. I still have yet to be contacted about my accessories that I ordered with the car too. No date on the “we owe you” as to when they will be in. More
