The sales team and management team have very poor communication, resulting in customer complaints and concerns that the floor staff then have to fix. The service team does their best, but often are l communication, resulting in customer complaints and concerns that the floor staff then have to fix. The service team does their best, but often are left making excuses for problems they don't know about. Really disappointed, as I've leased through here twice and have never had such significant frustrations with something as simple as an oil change. Won't be continuing with them as dealers. More
