alyssa, Where was your vehicle inspected ma'am for this condition? Did someone perform a cylinder pressure test? Unfortunately that isn't a part of a traditional inspection for us, and unless the car had a symptom during our inspection i.e. no heat, or overheating, we most likely wouldn't have any idea that was an issue. That is an extremely rare condition for a naturally-aspirated Toyota motor?? You are more than welcome to call anytime to discuss thanks, Justin H 740.522.1106

I noticed pink drops on the floor at the dealership BEFORE purchasing. I expressed my concern and was told service would look at it and then told there wasn’t anything wrong. It was then noticed when I took it for an oil change at a different location. I took the vehicle back to JHH who was able to confirm the exact same diagnosis by doing a simple multi point inspection they claim to always perform…so I can’t imagine how they didn’t notice it the first time if it was actually drove into service & inspected like Nelson told me it was. It has sense been inspected by a THIRD auto shop who yet again confirmed the exact same diagnosis.
