Absolutely unacceptable service! I would give zero stars if I could! I have a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L AWD with just 10,000 miles on it that I brought into John Hinderer Honda I would give zero stars if I could! I have a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L AWD with just 10,000 miles on it that I brought into John Hinderer Honda for service this week. I had to wait over two hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my car back, there were greasy fingerprints all over the driver's door panel, steering wheel, screen, seat controls, and hood release. There were also fingerprints on the exterior mirrors and hood. I opened the engine bay, and oil was spilled all over the engine cover. I was able to remove the oil from all the surfaces except for the engine cover, which is now stained. I will not be bringing either of my Hondas back to this establishment. I will, from now on, be going to Roush Honda in Westerville, who actually cares about their clients. More

I bought my Honda CRV on July 3rd came home and tried to set my clock and it wouldn't work. I texted my salesman right away and he assured me it would be fixed. I took it in the following Saturday and was t set my clock and it wouldn't work. I texted my salesman right away and he assured me it would be fixed. I took it in the following Saturday and was told they had to order the part. I called them after a couple weeks with the status and was told they forgot to order the part but he assured me he would order it and I could come in 2 days to have it installed. I went on Saturday and was told they ordered the wrong part. Then Justin Hinderer told me they could not fix it after all because the part was too expensive. They refused to keep their word and said they would not fix it! I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received and will never go back and will tell everyone about what happened as a result. Shame on them! More
