Disappointed Customer Nothing but issues with this dealership. Just found out that they sold me a used car with some major safety recalls that were left unrepaired. Also, they told me I was refunded the money for my licensing and registration because they were up to date but the tabs on the car say otherwise and the plate isnt even my plate. It's the last owners plate. On my second yellow permit sheet and still no tabs or new plates or a refund check. At Kia trying to get a repair that cambridge motors promised they'd cover the cost for and they dont answer their phones. Guess that's more money out of my pocket. Thanks. Dont buy from this shady dealership. More

He answered promptly, and provided pictures, video, and the carfax report to me quickly...all of which helped me decide to make a longer drive to Cambridge Motors. And, being able to agree to a price before we got there made the transaction stress free. Tom was friendly, courteous, answered all of our questions, and put no pressure on us. Last, Brooke helped get us better financing options than what we walked in with, and managed all the title and license paperwork quickly and efficiently. The end result was we walked out of Cambridge Motors with the "perfect" truck less than 2 hours after we walked in. And I'm telling my friends and family what a great experience I had there. More
