Went to the website to purchase tires, very confusing for the service department. Emails answered that they could not find my appointment. I brought my 2015 Suburban in to have the transmission replaced under a third-party warranty. Upon inspection they noticed a small oil pan leak as well and asked if I wanted that fixed as well. Of course replaced under a third-party warranty. Upon inspection they noticed a small oil pan leak as well and asked if I wanted that fixed as well. Of course I did. Drop-off and pick-up of my vehicle was very easy and without issue. The service and speed of repair I was provided with was second to none that I've been a part of. I dropped the vehicle off on a Saturday. The transmission was deemed unrepairable on Monday. The new trans was in their possession the following Friday of the same week. And by end of day the next Monday, it was complete. I got my vehicle back that evening, but also found that evening, a large oil stain on the driveway, beneath the oil pan that was replaced. I notified the dealership and they asked to bring it in as soon as I could and they'd get it repaired. Upon further inspection, it turned out the oil pan installed had a flaw on the sealing surface and would not seal. My vehicle was returned to me to use, while the new part was ordered(about a week). It showed up on the next Friday. I brought my vehicle back in the following Monday for replacement of the oil pan. That was two days ago. No leaks so far and all is good. I worked with Tom at the dealership and everything was done at "my convenience" They were stand-up and courteous, and I appreciate every effort they put forth to repair my vehicle.
