I met with Mark McDonald and he told me what he knew about the vehicle history and we went for a test drive. I really liked the Jeep and Mark’s easy-going manner was a refreshing change from some of the other high-pressure salesman I’ve come across. Mark worked with me on price and we negotiated a deal I couldn’t refuse. I highly recommend the John Lee dealerships and the great folks that work there. We Came Back! The first lot I happened to stop at was John Lee. I met my sales guy Mark during this trip. I wasn't sure what I wanted, other than something newer, and was hesitant to make a commitment so I had been avoiding actually visiting a lot. As a first time new car buyer and a young female, this experience can be intimidating. Mark did a fabulous job helping me all afternoon on the lot. I shopped around for months on the Internet, private adds and other car lots. Mark followed up with me throughout my shopping process. After countless man-hours of research, test drives and dealing with pushy car salesman, I return to John Lee just to see if Mark could get me what I wanted. Mark McDonald at John Lee helped make it happen and I picked up my new car the next day! Thank you!!! More

Excellence!!! While visiting Florida in our 2013 Altima, we noticed a hesitation whenever we slowed down or sped up. I called John Lee Nissan on a Saturday morning While visiting Florida in our 2013 Altima, we noticed a hesitation whenever we slowed down or sped up. I called John Lee Nissan on a Saturday morning and was told to bring the car right in. We were met by a Tech immediately, who then took our info and asked us to wait in the lounge. Within an hour we were informed of the bad news, and then the good news. 1st the bad - Our transmission was going bad. Not a good feeling when you're 12 hundred miles from home and at a dealer you've never heard of. But then a very polite and helpful young lady told us that it was completely covered under warranty. We were asked how soon we were headed for home, told we would have the car back in plenty of time, and given the use of a 2016 Altima to drive at no charge while we waited, . The dealer kept us informed of the progress, and when it was ready, called us early in the morning to pick it up. When we arrived we were again greeted by a polite Rep and escorted to our car, which they had also washed. It drove beautifully all 12 hundred miles home. To say the least, we could not be happier with the service we received from John Lee Nissan. If we lived anywhere near them, they would be our dealer for sure. Mark McDonald did an excellent job negotiating a reasonable trade-in and the Z06 was almost (new 5800 miles). They have several nice pre-owned vehicles on the lot there - definitely worth taking a look!! More

From the moment I called John Lee Nissan, I spoke with Alexis Hinton in Internet Sales and told her what I was looking for. She immediately connected me with Salesman Patrick Colbert, who began looking for the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. Within a day, my car drove onto the lot and Patrick and Alexis contacted me immediately. The car was detailed, was certified pre-owned, received brand new tires and brakes, and was completely checked for excellence. Within 3 days, it was in my driveway. In the prior weeks to purchasing my car with John Lee Nissan, I had some not-so-good and even worse experiences with other car dealerships and salesmen who were less concerned with my needs. Getting connected with Alexis and Patrick was a breath of fresh air. I was no longer discouraged and felt completely confident that I was in good hands.
