I was actually in the market for an Infiniti and failed to find what I wanted. While looking at a used Infiniti Coupe at another dealer, the salesman suggested I look at Altima Coupes and so I went to Joh to find what I wanted. As an aside, I had previously purchased a Mazda CX9 in 2010 from John Lee Mazda. When I arrived at Lee Nisan I met Troye Cook (ELVIS) and was well taken care of , even though he was new to selling cars but had aparently been well trained. The entire expierence was as good as it gets. Over the past 40 years I have probably purchased over 25 or 30 cars and trucks while in the building business and have become , through expierence, an informed buyer. There is none better than Lee Nissan or Troye Cook!!! I will always return in the future when in the car market. More

The salesman I dealt with was Troye Cook and he did an excellent job of responding honestly and completely, which made me feel very confident as I made my decision on what vehicle I would buy and what dealership I would buy it from. I bought an extended warranty that I was told covered scratches and dents. I went to service and they couldn't find it so they sent me to Jack Bennie. Gussie Williams bought a 2013 Nissan Rouge. I am so excited, I just sit and look at it. I have always bought a new car, but this is the first time I have ever gotten so excited. My wife's 2011 Maxima had a potentially disabling issue as she drove from Helena, AL to Panama City Beach on a Friday afternoon. I spoke with Reagan at 2:00 and asked about her service department's h issue as she drove from Helena, AL to Panama City Beach on a Friday afternoon. I spoke with Reagan at 2:00 and asked about her service department's hours...she assured me she would do everything in her power to get my wife's car taken care of even though my wife was 3+ hours away. Reagan not only arranged for the courtesy car driver to stay a few minutes late, but then got my wife a loaner/rental (at no charge) to drive BACK to Helena while her car was waiting on parts. Reagan kept me informed of the status of my wife's car, and when we got to the dealership Saturday afternoon (a week later), not only was the car ready as promised, but it had even been washed! More
