I have been in the market to purchase a 1500 truck for 2 years. When I had visited Atlanta area dealerships for Toyota, GMC, Chevy, and Ram I had to leave their dealerships as they had either outrageous dea years. When I had visited Atlanta area dealerships for Toyota, GMC, Chevy, and Ram I had to leave their dealerships as they had either outrageous dealer markups, addendums, or received their stuck up attitude. John Thornton Buick GMC dealership was the answer. Since my first contact with Molly King in sales, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy while answering all my questions to the point. I must also add Andrew Coker, financial advisor here as he quickly understood my intent and provided the best service. I purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 Denali and completed the process from test drive to signing documents in two hours. This dealership provided me with a great vehicle purchasing experience as you would expect. I am very happy to meet the individuals at this dealership. More

've purchased three cars before visiting John Thornton Buick GMC, and this experience was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had for two reasons: our salesperson Rodney, and the prices of the ve Buick GMC, and this experience was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had for two reasons: our salesperson Rodney, and the prices of the vehicles. Rodney was an honest man to buy a car from. I didn't know honesty and integrity still existed in car sales based on my previous car purchases. I always felt like other dealerships were trying to hide something from me, motivated to maximize their profit on me. Rodney was transparent and not pushy. That went a long way in persuading my wife and I to move forward with the car purchase. For once we felt like we were not being taken advantage of. Thank you so much, Rodney. The second reason why the experience was amazing was the price of the vehicle. It was the most competitive pricing within an hour of Atlanta. We're very happy with the deal we made. While there purchasing our XT4 I was concerned about being able to get groceries out of the back, I am handicapped and cannot reach to the back. Justin told me he would be sure to get me a cargo net, it being able to get groceries out of the back, I am handicapped and cannot reach to the back. Justin told me he would be sure to get me a cargo net, it has been 3 months and I have not received one as of yet. We went down one time to pick up floor mats and he told me it was on back order, but he would mail it to me as soon as they came in. I also talk to Ryan the sales Manager and he said he would check on it and get back to - NEVER CALLED BACK. You are only as good as your word. And their word isn't good, you promise customers something and don't follow through on your word. I called again today and had to leave a message - let's see if anyone calls me back. I love my car, but I also need sincere customer service also before I would return to them or even recommend them to a friend. They didn't hastate to take our check but can't even return a phone call!!!!!! Charlene C. Prices were great and they even delivered it 6. 5 hours away. But they were very pushy on the financial end. We had a draft check from our credit union but they were not willing to wait until the fu 5 hours away. But they were very pushy on the financial end. They were relentless about financing in house so we could complete the deal in a hurry. More
