The transaction was smooth and easy thanks to Marva. I then ran into a problem once it was time to get my running boards installed on my truck. They didn’t have them in stock initially so I had to com I then ran into a problem once it was time to get my running boards installed on my truck. They didn’t have them in stock initially so I had to come back. When I came back, Billie installed used running boards on my truck that were scuffed and beat up. When I asked about it, he said that’s how they come. Nonsense! I eventually spoke to a manager and they apologized and said they’ll take care of it which meant I needed to wait another week to come back because they were not in stock. Marva promised that they would give me a full tank of gas upon arrival for my inconvenience. When I get there, the running boards were installed and were beautiful! I then asked for Marva regarding the promise made for a tank of gas. She wasn’t there and no one else was able to fulfill the promise that was made. Very disappointed! I expected a higher level of customer service considering the amount of money that was spent there. More
