Very nice an to check in. They even offered a shuttle service for me to get back to my house. That was TERRIFIC!! Al, the shuttle driver was GREAT!! Very nice and personable and he drove very carefully. I really appreciate Jones Ford offering a free shuttle service. I would have been in a pickle - and wouldn't have been able to get the service - as I didn't have anyone to help me drop off the truck! THANK YOU JONES FORD - for offering this shuttle service - Al was outstanding!!!! More
Dropped my car off at 8:15 in the morning for a front camera warning (had an 8:30 appt. Get my first call from the adviser at 4pm that afternoon asking some questions about if I replaced the windshield l camera warning (had an 8:30 appt. Get my first call from the adviser at 4pm that afternoon asking some questions about if I replaced the windshield lately. I assume this is the time they actually started diagnosing the issue. No communication from adviser after that. Around 5:30 I start calling the service dept to find out what the status of my truck is as I know they close at 6. I only get the adviser’s voicemail. Before closing time I have my wife drive me to the service center as I have not heard anything and I am now without my vehicle and no status on what is going on. I talk to another adviser as apparently my adviser has gone home without informing me that they are going to be keeping my truck. Now I have no status, no vehicle and am going to miss some important appointments as I have no vehicle and it is too late to make alternative arrangements. I like Ford but it is definitely time to find a different dealership. More
Do not come here for service. Let me recount this week: Tuesday appt is 9:00 am. I show up early to drop off my car for a check engine light and oil change. Drop off my car and Let me recount this week: Tuesday appt is 9:00 am. I show up early to drop off my car for a check engine light and oil change. Drop off my car and they say it will take a few days to diagnose and get back to me. Okay I am okay with that. Friday 11:05 am I am wondering what is going on since they haven't contacted me at all. Decide, "Ya'know what, can't hurt to give them a call and see what's going on with the car. I do need it back." Call 4 times before I can talk to anyone and not be sent to a random voicemail box. Talk to the gentleman who was nice and said he would talk to the tech and get back to me in 15 minutes. 2 hours later (yes you can see where this is going) I call back and speak w another person. I say "Hey I need you guys to actually keep me in the loop on what is going on. I need my car. You can't promise to call back in 15 minutes and not call back." The response I got was : "Well you can come pick up your car if you don't want us to do the work." I was aghast at this comment as someone who works with customers I would NEVER say this. I say "Hey I feel like you're giving me an attitude and I do not appreciate it." He then goes on about how he is not and I say something to the effect of I do need to know what's going on and he says "I am going to let you go!" and hangs up on me. I call back and was sent to the Service managers voicemail. I left a message saying my number multiple times and a message at how unprofessional that was. No call back yet. The amount of unprofessionalism is beyond me. I understand it can take a few days. But after 2 full days a phone call on "Hey here is our status" would not hurt and if someone calls in a quick and timely reply would also be acceptable. I am not someone who asks to speak to managers often, but I would expect a timely turn around on a response there also. This business is not one you want to work with, simple as that. More

While replacing my transmission, someone put two large holes in the muffler. They refused to take accountability and made me feel like crap about it. Awful experience all the way around. The service manag holes in the muffler. They refused to take accountability and made me feel like crap about it. Awful experience all the way around. The service manager was rude and came up with excuse after excuse. After spending almost 10k I can’t believe they wouldn’t take responsibility. I have morals and am respectful but they kept pushing me off and never returned phone calls. They just suck. More
In March of 2022 we ordered a new F-150 Lariat with an upgraded tow package so we can tow our travel trailer to Alaska. Our truck arrived in late September, and less than two months later had an error cod upgraded tow package so we can tow our travel trailer to Alaska. Our truck arrived in late September, and less than two months later had an error code for the trailer brake controller. We were told by the service advisor at Jones Ford that the factory failed to install the trailer brake controller and that the missing part had been ordered but would take two weeks to arrive, and that they would call us when the part was in. In early February we still had not heard from them so we talked with Alan in service. He said the part had arrived and made an appointment to have it installed. Once they had our truck in service he called and said that Ford had sent the wrong part and that the correct part would take another month or two. I explained that we had travel plans and that the timeline he gave us wasn't acceptable, he blamed Ford for not having the part available. Yesterday I mentioned the mess to my son who spent about a half hour on google at which point he called and walked me through the repair... which consisted of removing and reinstalling two fuses that weren't pushed in all the way. Not only was the trailer brake controller installed in the truck, it is working just fine. THREE MONTHS OF WAITING ON A PART THAT WAS UNNECESSARY, AND ALAN DIDN'T EVEN CARE TO KNOW HOW WE FIXED THE TRUCK OR OFFER AN APOLOGY OF ANY SORT. I can't even imagine how much Alan and Jones Ford have scammed other customers for unnecessary repairs and warranty work, because surely if this had been an error he would have apologized. I believe that he got his hand stuck in the cookie jar, it wasn't the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last. More
