My husband is on the ownership papers, has a retired military card, and they still wanted proof of his entry to the military. We gave them the card, and it still wasn't enough.It is a matter of a $500 rebate for military, active or retired.... We do not have the papers from the original joining in 1967.Since we are both retired, every little bit helps. (We could have gotten the car for $3000 less, but we did not want to have to drive to Owings Mills, over an hour drive from Havre de Grace.....) We like Jones Junction as a whole, but some of your requirements are a bit over the top. More
New Santa Fe. Mike was great. The only issue I had was during purchase process when an INCREDIBLY RUDE AND PUSHY woman wasted a significant amount of my time trying Mike was great. The only issue I had was during purchase process when an INCREDIBLY RUDE AND PUSHY woman wasted a significant amount of my time trying to pressure me into additional costs and packages like a finish on my car, anti theft package etc. I finally I had to say to her, " how many times do I have to say no thank you"? I get it, everyone has a job to do but at 10 pm at night, after I've said "no" multiple time you are not going to make me change my mind by pressuring me and trying to make me feel badly. She was a significant problem with my purchase experience, luckily Chip and Mike were great. More
