Always great service from Joseph Buick & Terry Fryman! I am always able to get a timely appointment. They quickly assess the problem & fix what’s needed. I have complete faith in this service department’s efficiency and knowledgeable service. A testament to their great service - my car has 311,000+ miles on it, and still running like a champ! I know this car won’t last forever, but my next car will be another Buick and I will continue to use this service group! During this visit, I also stopped in the parts department & talked to Patrick Flannery. He was able to order new front floor mats for me & he gave me the part number & suggestions how to acquire a discontinued part (driver side sun visor). I appreciated his help!
