Very poor customer service. I purchased a new key fob during my last appt, but it was on backorder. I was told I would be contacted when it came in. However, no one ever contacted me. I only found out it during my last appt, but it was on backorder. I was told I would be contacted when it came in. However, no one ever contacted me. I only found out it was in because I called a month later. WiFi was out in the lounge. I told two employees but received no assistance. When I asked where my car was after I paid, the receptionist looked at me like I was an idiot. A little curtesy (someone to direct you to your car and provide other basic information) would go a long way. More

There was some confusion with the after hours call and someone was test driving the truck I thought I was getting when I got there. I brought my car in for extended warranty work. My window wouldn't roll up. The car was fixed in a timely manner, although I had to wait an extra day for the warranty people to ok the job.
