The sales man Derek Miller did an outstanding job. However I can't say as much for the dealership. This is the fourth Prius that I have purchased from Joseph. The last three were a good experience. I was insulted by the trade in offer of $6000 dollars. I sold it two days later to CarMax for $8000. I was also insulted when you offered a $500 discount for Veterens then wouldn't honor it because I did't use your financing. Plus I payed Sticker. More
