Our battery went dead when we were in a location at least an hour and a half away from the dealership but Dave helped us diagnose the problem over the phone. Then once we had the battery jumped we were able an hour and a half away from the dealership but Dave helped us diagnose the problem over the phone. Then once we had the battery jumped we were able to head to the dealership to get a new battery. More

Having to make another appointment and go back is not convenient. Very disappointed this time as I had requested my tire sensors be checked when making appointment (light has been on for months), and that was not done nor was it in the notes when checking-in. Was told that there was not anyone there that time of day to check the sensors. I would have held off on the oil change until a later date if I had known in advance. More
