I hate FOX news. Its hard to escape its idiocy when waiting for car maintenance and repairs. The mechanics did fix the unusual problem that developed when they changed my 12 volt car battery. It kicked the fan on and froze it there. I was very glad that it happened at the dealership and NOT at Valvoline. You are the specialists and the other places would not have know what to do. More

I went for a routine oil change and had a last minute mirror mishap. Called a few days before to have it ordered. Upon arrival, the mirror was not the correct one and seemed that it was used a day prior mirror mishap. Called a few days before to have it ordered. I was told I would receive it for 50% off because of the error and having to come back a second time the following week for it to be replaced. Taking off work, having to bring my child with me etc. upon paying, the cashier said $500. In speaking with the manager, he said he wouldn’t never said 50% but said 15... he proceeded to say he couldn’t do anything else to help, but then went to someone and knocked more money off miraculously. I could have bought the mirror and had my husband install for way less than the price it was done for. The mirror was already installed and my child needed to go home so I just paid. Not ideal but it was too late Cashier was not very friendly at all. More
