Needed some minor work and scheduled through Joseph Toyota. They completed the work faster than expeced and cheaper than expected. The associate also pointed out some additional work that will eventual Toyota. They completed the work faster than expeced and cheaper than expected. I have been dealing with them for many years and cannot find anything to complain about. It is actually a pleasant experience with a very nice waiting room, with lots of extras (snacks, drinks, coffee). find anything to complain about. I purchased the extended warrenty for my 2011 Toyota Corolla. I was told I had to go to Toyota Dealership for service. I went for my first oil change last week. 33 years ago I bought my very first new Toyota at Toyota of Cincinnati/(Joseph Toyota)on Colerain Ave. I have bought all of my Toyota's there ever since 1979. All of my Toyota's have been serviced there as of Cincinnati/(Joseph Toyota)on Colerain Ave. I have bought all of my Toyota's there ever since 1979. All of my Toyota's have been serviced there as well. The new car sales has always given me the best price and treated me very well. The reason I keep coming back though is the service dept. Rick Stockum is the Service Dept Manager and Bruce Scroggin is my service adviser. They both have always treated me not just as a valued customer, but much more than that.They bend over backwards to treat me right always. I trust them to tell me what I need done, not what will pad the bottom line like some other shops. They have even suggested not doing something if it didn't make sense to spend the money. Being able to trust the people that service your vehicles is priceless to me and that is why I recommend this dealership and why I spent my time to fill this out. More
Took my car in at 10:30 am on Thursday. Never heard from the service department by Friday, so I called them. Jerry was at lunch. They promised he would call me. He never did. I called again late friday afte the service department by Friday, so I called them. Jerry was at lunch. They promised he would call me. He never did. I called again late friday afternoon. I asked him some questions about the repairs that were needed. He told me he would talk to the mechanic and call me back in 10 minutes. Never heard from him again. I called on Saturday morning to get my car back. I spoke to Doug and told him the whole story. He made no apologies. When I picked up the car I did not realize they did not close the hood. I rode home with the hood open. The worst part is that either Doug or Jerry lied about the invoice. They said they spoke to me and I refused service. They even put down what they supposedly talked to me about. No one ever talked to me about the repairs. It is scary that a company can be so dishonest and blantant in their deceit. I own 3 toyotas and will never set foot in Joseph toyota again. I will also tell everyone I know and post more blogs. They are criminal. More
I took my car in to have the oil changed and to be winterized 11/22/2007, THEY WRECKED MY CAR AND NOT JUST A SCRATCH, THEY TOOK OUT THE WHOLE PASSANGER SIDE OF MY CAR!!!! YES THEY GAVE ME A LONER, BUT winterized 11/22/2007, THEY WRECKED MY CAR AND NOT JUST A SCRATCH, THEY TOOK OUT THE WHOLE PASSANGER SIDE OF MY CAR!!!! YES THEY GAVE ME A LONER, BUT THEY HAD MY CAR IN THE SHOP FOR 4 MONTHS TO FIX IT, DURING THIS TIME THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY SENT ME A CHECK 12/07, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS COMPENSATION FOR WRECKING MY CAR, I HELD ONTO THE MONEY UNTIL I RECEIVED MY CAR BACK,APPOX APRIL 2008 AND WHEN THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR THE CHECK UPON PICKUP I WAS SURE IT WAS COMPENSATION FOR YHE WRECK. I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK TO GET THE DOOR HANDLE REPLACED AND AT THAT TIME WHICH WAS THEN 5 MONTHS SINCE I RECEIVED THE CHECK AND OVER A MONTH SINCE MY CAR WAS RETURNED THEY WANTED THE MONEY OR I COULDN'T GET MY CAR BACK. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE MONEY ANYMORE, I TRYED TO WORK OUT A PAYMENT PLAN AND MR DAVE NIEHAUSER WOULD NOT WORK WITH ME AND HE HAD THE AUTOBODY MAN CALL AND TELL ME THEY WERE GOING TO HOLD MY CAR! TO BOOT THIS ALL TOOK PLACE AROUND 4:30 PM WHERE I ONLY HAD 30 MIN TO TRY TO WORK IT OUT BEFORE THEY CLOSED. I DRIVE MY CAR FOR A LIVING, MY JOB IS NOT A STATIONARY JOB AND I TOLD MR. NIEHAUSER THIS, HE DIDN'T CARE SO AS FAR AS THEY ARE CONCERNED THEY WANT THEIR MONEY AND THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT IF I DON'T HAVE MY CAR I WILL LOSE MY JOB WHICH WOULD RESULT IN ME BEING UNABLE TO PAY THEM MEANING THAT I ALSO WOULD BE UNABLE TO PAY FOR MY CAR WHICH WOULD RESULT IN THE BANK REPO-ING THE CAR. I WILL LOSE EVERYTHING. NOW I SEE HOW PEOPLE END UP HOMELESS WITHOUT ANYTHING WITH PEOPLE LIKE MR NIEHAUSER IN CONTROL. I WILL LOSE MY JOB, MY HOUSE, EVERYTHING, SO WHEN I AM STANDING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH A SIGN THAT SAYS I AM HOMELESS AND HUNGRY BECAUSE JOSEPH TOYOTA PUT ME HERE PLEASE DON'T PASS ME BY. More
