Oh no! Your Service Team always aims to accommodate you with great service. It looks like that fifth star could use a little polish. Unless we had completely run out of cookies, you should have been offered a package at checkout. Please ask for an extra at your next visit. We're glad to know you enjoy them. Donuts--Covid's fault. Cookies--ran out. Car wash--would have been nice but it didn't affect the operation of the car in any way.. I still give you a 5-star because the interpersonal relationship is much more meaningful.
