My only service experience was for a recall and it took him 5 minutes or less to remove the part until the new part arrives. In and out in ten minutes. him 5 minutes or less to remove the part until the new part arrives. In and out in ten minutes. More
I’ve been a loyal customer here for nearly a decade. I’ve bought not one, but two Volkswagens from this dealership. I’ve always kept up with my oil changes, warranty checks, and milestone services — all I’ve bought not one, but two Volkswagens from this dealership. I’ve always kept up with my oil changes, warranty checks, and milestone services — all done right here. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them over the years. So imagine my shock when they tried to blatantly take advantage of me during a recent service appointment. I brought my car in for a scheduled multi-point inspection — nothing out of the ordinary. Last year, this same dealership diagnosed a major issue: a broken coolant housing, quoted at $1,800. So, naturally, I expected some kind of update or reference to that during this visit. Instead, they tried to rush me through checkout, telling me everything looked fine — no issues found. No mention of the coolant housing. No mention of the headlight that’s clearly out. No mention of the worn brakes, the ongoing oil leak, or the same exact issue they diagnosed just last year. When I called them out, they brushed me off and even insinuated I was making it up. That is, until I pulled out seven years' worth of service paperwork — from them — including the one where they diagnosed the coolant housing problem themselves. So which is it? Were they lying last year when they said I needed an $1,800 repair? Or are they lying now when they say nothing is wrong? Either way, it’s dishonest. And it’s theft. Do not buy a car here. Do not service your vehicle here. They will lie, they will overcharge, and when you catch them, they’ll treat you like a nuisance instead of a long-time customer. Shame on them. More
