Sales associate Mike Garrison did a great job listening and addressing our concerns as we considered purchasing a new vehicle, even after making it clear we were going to other dealers to see different mak and addressing our concerns as we considered purchasing a new vehicle, even after making it clear we were going to other dealers to see different makes and models. When we knew we were going with Volkswagen, we reached out to Mike right away. Mike went above and beyond, going as far as preparing paperwork on his day off, to reduce time spend in the dealership. Additionally, Logan West did a great job explaining the financials, thoroughly explaining warranties, which helped make decisions easier. We are excited to add another Volkswagen to the household, especially this new 2024 Volkswagen Golf R!! More

The paperwork side of this transaction was extremely onerous. This was a corporate purchase and the additional hoops we went through to complete an already paid for purchase were ridiculous.
