During the whole process I continued to check on him and the things he promised to comeback with information; things he offered to check in the first place. If you say tomorrow am going to get back to you, then that is what is expected, even if it is to say “I don’t have an answer”. Then we had to meet the most iconic person here, THE FINANCE MANAGER!! Oh my, Domingo was very very rude, absolutely no manners and seems to be always mad, I mean it wasn’t inly with us, but he would reprehend his pears in front of us (customer). He had just a terrible attitude. I wasn’t the only one that experienced this, my sister went there and experienced the same behavior from this guy. I am sorry but we are running a business here it requires the basics, great customer service, professionalism, follow up... remember one customer can bring more customers. I had previously went to two dealerships in Northern NJ - Paramus and West Caldwell. The Paramus salesman was a little agressive and abrupt. The guy at West Caldwell was downright obnoxious. He did not seem interested in doing any kind of deal unless it was on his terms. Melissa, on the other hand, was very reasonable and honest. She is patient and a great listener. When we changed our mind about the Honda Accord Sport because of the low-profile tires, she did not try to talk us into it. She found us another great deal and we walked out happy. I would 100% do another deal at Joyce Honda, but it has to be with Melissa! More
Ken was our service manager. He kept me updated on what was happening and called several times! He was very helpful and courteous! There also were extra things that were done such as tightening the parki was happening and called several times! He was very helpful and courteous!
