I had an emergency. My sun roof would not close and it was due to rain. It was after 4 in the afternoon. I immediately called Joyce Honda service. I was told to bring it right in and I did. Lloyd Wilson said it would have to stay overnight and arrange for shuttle. I did but with in 10 minutes Lloyd came in to the waiting room and said the problem was fixed and I could take it home. I appreciate Lloyd's extra effort in correcting the problem. The car is still under warranty so no charge. I am very pleased with Joyce Honda Service. More

The worst car buying experience ever.I'm disappointed The worst car buying experience ever. I'm disappointed that a big organization like Joyce Honda indulge in such bad business practices. When I initi The worst car buying experience ever. I'm disappointed that a big organization like Joyce Honda indulge in such bad business practices. When I initially approached Joyce Honda on July 6th, experience was really good, Henry showed all the models and explained the features. As the buying process progressed, all went south. Initially Henry offered $400 for 39 month lease for Honda Pilot Touring model with $8000 trade-in. On July 7th and 8th when I called the rate increased from $400 to $415, I didn't want to argue and didn't want to spend too much time haggling again so I took the offer. I went and signed the buy order on July 9th, I was told that I don't have to pay anything further down as my trade-in would cover everything, including first month's payment. Just bring the car in, sign the documents and take the Pilot. Everything was going according to the plan, we were all set to take the car that evening, but when I was signing the documents Finance person added $2,748.86 on top of $8000 trade-in, which was a surprise and don't know where the charges came from, was not discussed or disclosed before. I ended up paying $826. I chose Joyce because it was nearby dealer and I trusted Honda to enforce best business practices by Honda, such a disappointment. I'll let all my friends know about bad buying experience and planning to approach Better Business Bureau as well. More
