I’ve use Joyce Honda for a little over ten years having moved from Manhattan. I’ve always found the service department staff so accommodating and helpful. I love that I can get a ride home if my car has to moved from Manhattan. I’ve always found the service department staff so accommodating and helpful. Joyce Honda has always out performed in service and courtesy. The service advisor was great. The only complaint I have with this past service is the misc. fee of $6.00 on a $20.17 job for wiper replace courtesy. The service advisor was great. Being made aware of this charge for ''shop supplies" in advance would have been helpful. Instead I needed a magnifying glass to read about this additional charge at the bottom of the bill..And, shouldn't 15% of the total labor/parts (not to exceed $10) be $3.00 not $6.00? I've always depended on Joyce Honda and will continue to do so, but this additional charge seemed ridiculous. More
