Spent hours and several trips to choose a pre-owned Honda. We found the cars that we looked at online; salesperson did not show us all available options. We were not made to feel special like we had years back during our first purchase at this dealership. We did not feel that the dealership was willing to negotiate or work with us on the price. They made a promise to throw in free service coupons as a concession but these are standard to anyone making a purchase we learned. Salesperson did not have much to say; was very quiet during entire shopping and purchasing process. Final transaction process was awkward; we were not educated on what was happening. We dealt with a very gruff individual; was helpful but hot and cold and seemed annoyed. We were not shown the new car or any of its features so drove away unsure how to use the car. We wanted to have a good experience and feel happy about our purchase. More
