Absolutely Great Dealership! I was extremely pleased with the overall service that I received with Joyce Honda. I felt that I was given a fair price and my salesman, Steve, was h I was extremely pleased with the overall service that I received with Joyce Honda. I felt that I was given a fair price and my salesman, Steve, was honest, friendly and helpful. Efren was thorough in explaining all the financing information, and took his time when I had questions. The only improvement I can suggest is communications between the Internet Sales Department and the dealership. I was coming for a test drive on a specific vehicle, and it was not there when I arrived for my test drive. They offered an different car that was the exact same model for the test, and had to go get the one that I wanted to test drive. It took a little longer, but in the end I was still very happy with this dealership and how I was treated. They made buying a car a lot less painful than I was expecting! More

Above and beyond I had my Honda Pilot serviced recently and not only did they fix the problem, it was completed in just a few hours. When they called to tell me my ve I had my Honda Pilot serviced recently and not only did they fix the problem, it was completed in just a few hours. When they called to tell me my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I couldn’t get a ride there until the next morning. So Kelvin offered to have his service guys it dropped off at my home! 20 minutes later, my car was in the driveway. This type of service goes above and beyond! I was very grateful and very impressed with the service I got! More
