bad experience with body shop forgot my car was in the shop which was there to fix a scratch on the car when we received delivery. Informed they needed to order parts. waited for a call when parts were in. no call. repairs were finally made. the recent service that was provided was prompt which was for a software glitch resolved within one hour. Less personable, less knowledge of the vehicles, less interest in my requests... NEVER greeted with a smile any more There were two service people who ALWAYS knew me and made it known - Kathy Willis (probably no longer there) and Ernest. What a nice man!!!! I left this time feeling as if I might not use Joyce Honda again. I live closer to Sussex... The positive - my car was ready at the time I requested even if it was only in for an oil change. I can not comment on quality of work. Hopefully what is done is trustworthy. More
