Very sorry you had to wait behind 10 cars. Not sure how you identified those 10 cars as 'just rolling in', implying they had no appointment, but that could happen. So we anticipate that and have an internal process to prioritize the customer with an appointment. We operated under a "No Appointment Necessary" method for 14 years until COVID hit. Then things had to change to limit the number of people here at one time. Although we advertise that it is necessary to make an appointment, people still show up. We will not turn people away. So we prioritize the customers with an appointment and we inform customers without an appointment that it may take longer to complete the work because we filter those cars in the workload mix. If the volume gets too high we inform customers without an appointment that they will have to drop their cars off and pick up later. So yes, there may be cars waiting in line and there may be some without appointments but we try to process the work in the correct order. And that is why one should use their time and make an appointment. We will try to do better upon your next visit.

Let the public be aware that EVERYTHING this guy has stated is incorrect. There is NO SEGREGATION process. Evryone is in ONE line. If there was a line for those with and without appointment, I wouldn't be complaining!! BTW I've been a loyal customer with Joyce for many many years. I am very disappointed. Extremely disappointed by this.
