Joyce Honda - Service Center

I brought my Honda in for an oil change and detail. At intake I requested wiper blades as well. I received a call from service stating my vehicle would also need transmission service. I let him know we had the work done in the previous service which the man stated yes he sees it was already done. When I picked up the vehicle the bill was over $600.00. I asked what was the charges for and was told it was for a super service. Which I never requested. After 40 minutes I was able to speak with the manager and they were able to remover the charge. I was very happy with this response and will continue to bring in my vehicle to Joyce Honda More
