Ken was our service manager. He kept me updated on what was happening and called several times! He was very helpful and courteous! There also were extra things that were done such as tightening the parki was happening and called several times! He was very helpful and courteous! There also were extra things that were done such as tightening the parking brake and filling the windshield washer fluid, which I never mentioned!
