Hi. I am sorry your experience was not satisfactory. Nobody should be spoken to with an attitude. We will seriously look into this as soon as all parties are back in on their scheduled day. We would only use the oil that Honda recommends for your vehicle. Can you reply with the year and model? Or you can reply with your name and I can retrieve your Repair Order from our system. I can get the full picture if I can look at the history. We can get back to you with some answers once we know more. Thank you.

The car is under me and my father’s name. My father’s name is Martin Martinez. You can call me (973-309-4335). I want to use synthetic oil and I was given an attitude about it because my father asked me to ask the associate for synthetic oil because it lasts longer and they said, “yes.” But when I checked the invoice, it doesn’t say synthetic oil. The question is, “I want synthetic oil,” but when I ask for something, they gave me an attitude and they treat me disrespectfully because I am young. That is not the way to treat customers. If my dad probably went to do the oil change, they would not give him that attitude. That’s why my dad said, “Wait and take the survey,” and that is what I am doing now because I am not happy with the service I was given. I treat them with respect because they deserve it. Thank you and I am sorry for this complaint.
