I had to have my new 2020 vehicle towed 2 times (after only having had it for about 6 weeks), as car wouldn't start. The first time, service said nothing was wrong with it after checking everything. 2 d only having had it for about 6 weeks), as car wouldn't start. I kept telling them that roadside assistance said it was a bad battery, but your service department said it was fine, nothing wrong with the battery. Second time, service department finally said it was a bad battery and replaced it. Vehicle has been working fine since then. More
Having recently moved to NJ from KS I was needing to purchase a new car. Not happy with the care I received from dealerships closer by, Joyce Honda was referred to me by several members of a chorus I'v purchase a new car. I could not be happier with the dealership and the service they've povided. Curteous and friendly service. Fair price and wonderful service proviced when I[ve needed oil changes etc. I will definately return to them when I need another vehicle. More
Ernest Biondolino is the reason that I go to this dealership and the reason that I bought a second Honda (elsewhere). If not for him, this place would be an average dealership, a place to be avoided dealership and the reason that I bought a second Honda (elsewhere). If not for him, this place would be an average dealership, a place to be avoided as much as possible. The front desk of the service department is a disaster. Kids supervising kids. In fact, despite the grey hair around, the whole dealership seems to lack adult leadership, and certainly shows no signs of a moral compass. I would not recommend this service center unless the customer is sure to work with Ernest Biondolino. More

I was there for a repair covered under warranty. These times of the Covid pandemic make everything difficult. As cars arrive for service, their drivers have to wait in line, at the wheel (45 minutes in m times of the Covid pandemic make everything difficult. As cars arrive for service, their drivers have to wait in line, at the wheel (45 minutes in my case), to approach the Service door. I think there could have been a system for parking the car on the lot and allowing customers to enter the office to "take a number". Other than that, the Service experience at Joyce Honda was very good. More
