Ken thoroughly reviewed the multi point vehicle inspection checklist with me and, given the car’s mileage of approx 150,000 miles and age of almost 10 years, he carefully explained normal wear seen now, as well as expected upcoming replacement needs. Ken addressed all my questions and, as a result, I felt fully informed. Last, Ken told me to contact him with any questions or for any additional information.
