Lloyd Wilson was a great help. He explained the 30k service which I accepted and authorized. He offered a driver to take me home as the service would take a few hours. Ken was our service manager. He kept me updated on what was happening and called several times! He was very helpful and courteous! There also were extra things that were done such as tightening the parki was happening and called several times! He was very helpful and courteous!
