Joyce Honda - Service Center

sat for TWO hours for a pre-scheduled oil change while the service reception quoted to people on the phone to budget 2 hours for a complete BREAK JOB! Completely insane. Should not sit and watch your car on a lift doing nothing for two hours for a 20 minute oil change when you've made an appointment the week prior. Service guy was very nice; both women at the reception desk were super unhelpful and not at all personable. More

I called the service center and the girl was very friendly. She explained to me what to expect and how long I'll have to wait.
