Our Go-To Dealership for Servicing our Hondas We've been a customer of the Koons Honda service department for 21 years! My advice is find a service advisor at Koons that you trust and ask for him/her every time you bring your car in for service. We've done this and we get excellent service every time! Immaculate service Needless to say that I was a bit weary when i went to acquire a vehicle due to the reputation auto dealers have. The sales manager was more than fair and worked extremely hard to meet my needs; I felt unique and valued. Omar, the Business manager, was patient and thoroughly explained everything I had to sign. He was articulate and it was obvious the guy is a perfectionist. They play no games with numbers here, they're very honest and cordial. Overall, the service I received from Joyce Koons exceeded my expectations, it is truly the car buying experience one hopes and dreams about. I've never had a car buying experience that pleasant in my life. You'll quickly notice they have a top notch team dedicated to excellence, not to mention the very clean environment. Honest, NO-HAGGLE, NO-HASSLE Car Buying at its best! To begin with, I do not give reviews very often; and also have high standards - so if I am taking the time to write this review, it means something! That said, I am a repeat customer for Joyce Koons and already use their service department. When looking for a new Odyssey, I used the Internet to start off my search and was contacted by Daniel Garcia. No-pressure whatsoever and the all the price information was exchanged via email; didn't push me to visit immediately, even once! When time was right, I went to the dealership but Daniel needed to attend to another urgent customer. I was handed off to another caring associate, Dennis Chen. It was meant to be as Dennis was super helpful in explaining EVERY single functionality, detail and no pressure whatsoever. I have a toddler so was unsure how well I could explain all the details to my wife (maybe take turns coming to the dealership etc.). Dennis made it easy and went the extra mile by letting me take the van for a day (with dealer tag). Unfortunately, my wife and son got sick but Daniel was kind enough to drive my van home the next day and take the loaner van back. He even got a card and balloon for my son. Talk about a caring team! In a week's time, when we were all feeling better, we went back to the dealership and drove back in our new van! They are an extremely courteous team and I wish the very best for the management who take good care of their people. These 2 guys were exceptional in their service. Also, a shout out to the associate who helped us out with Parts and the Finance associate (I couldn't find both their names listed in the site). We had been taking the cars to another dealership, and followed the service manager when he went to Koons. Less than two years later, he left unexpectedly, but we chose to stay. Did I mention we lived over 25 miles away, and there are three other Honda dealers between our house and Koons? We have never even looked anywhere else when it comes to service, except when we've been out of town and it's an emergency. When we knew it was time to move to a larger vehicle, we went to Joyce Koons. We're currently looking at trading one of our cars in, and even though I'm not as pleased with the changes Honda has made to the look of the vehicle, I have no desire to look for another service advisor! We've never been talked into a repair that wasn't 100% necessary. When there's a coupon we didn't know about, our advisor makes sure to apply it to our bill. If there's a more affordable option, he makes sure we do that first. And if it doesn't compromise the safety of the car, he doesn't push it, and he tells us when it has to be done. I have never been disappointed in my dealings with ANYONE associated with Joyce Koons Honda, and I recommend them to anyone I come across who is in the market for a vehicle or for service........no matter how far they live from Manassass! More
