He was knowledgeable about the vehicle that he said came to them with only one un-original key. Later I noticed that the lug wrench was missing. I realize that it is my responsibility to thoroughly check a used vehicle before consummating the purchase, but I had to get back. I would recommend anyone to Sunny. More

They tell you what needs to be done, and if there are multiple repairs to be made, they will prioritize the issues and let you know what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. They have a comfortable waiting room. They keep you informed on the progress of your repairs and how long it will take to complete. They also have a service to pick you up and drop you off if you are not going very far. On occasion, when repairs will take a long time, they provide loaner cars (probably only if you purchased you care there, I think) More

He tells us about Honda incentives that can bring pricing down (which is big for our family) and I KNOW the price and service is beyond what any dealership would do for you. The other factor that I find extraordinary (from my own experience as a a business owner) is that Koons not only gives back to the community on so many levels but they aer genuinely happy to do so. Angela Killinger is selfless. She and Koons have done so much for childhood cancer research. They are sponsors for so many Cancer Research events and she puts in her own personal time.
